上部メニューの Shopping Cart からご注文ください。追って振込先情報等をお知らせします。商品の在庫がある場合は、ご入金確認後１両日中に発送いたします。カート内の在庫数より多数ご入り用の場合は備考欄にその旨ご記入ください。在庫がない商品については、お届けまで１～２週間程戴きます。
臨時休業期間外にもかかわらず３－４日経ってもこちらから連絡がない場合はメールフォームにてお問い合わせください。
You can get Regular Products ordering through Shopping Cart. There is a link button on the top menu. Here is a chart of how to use “Shopping Cart”. You don't need to pay for your shopping at this moment, but we will soon send you a confirmation mail and let you know our bank account. If you prefer to use a credit card, please just write it down in a comment field. We will tell you what we need for that. After we confirm your remittance, we will send you the products in a week or so. If you need some products more than stock quantity, please write about it in a comment field. It takes a bit more to be delivered for back-ordered items, a couple of weeks or so.
In the case you don't get any response from us, even in business period, please contact us through mail form.

定番商品以外の複雑な注文には上部メニューの 「Order Form」をご利用ください。クリックするとExcelのファイルが開きますので、別名で保存した後、必要事項をご記入いただき、メールに添付してお送りください。合計金額は自動的に計算されるようになっています。 なお、一連の手順用のセット商品をご注文の場合は下記のフォームをご利用いただけます。
- 迷惑メール防止のため、サイトにアドレスを掲載していません。メールフォームより一度ご連絡ください
- サンプル写真の形状以外でもお客様のご要望に合わせて作成できる場合がありますので、相談ください。
For Custermized products, please use “Order Form” on the top menu. Fill in the Excel file and save it on your computer, and then send it to us by e-mail. The total amount is calculated automatically. Moreover, you can order set products through these order forms.
- Our e-mail address is not on the website to avoid spam. First, please contact through mail form.
- We might be able to produce some items which is even not on our catalog. Please don't hesitate to consult us.

原則的に先払いとさせていただきます。ご注文確認メールを受け取り後、７日以内にお振込みください。７日以内にご入金がない場合は自動的にキャンセルとなります。また、振り込み手数料・送料はご負担ください。表示価格は税込みです。

We accept Bank Transfer. Credit card and PayPal are also available, but you need to pay 6% service charge.
We ask that all payments for purchases be completed in advance. After you get a confirmation mail, please remit the money within the next 7 days, otherwise your order is canceled without notice. Remittance charge and shipping fee are on your side. The price includes sales tax.

Yahooゆうぱっく、またはメール便を利用します。送料はご負担ください。海外宛は一律１５００円とし、ＥＭＳで配送いたします。速達等ご希望の場合は、実費をご負担ください。なお、当ショップでは包装材を再利用した簡易包装とさせていただいております。ご了承ください。
We will ship by EMS to overseas. The shipping fee will be on your side. We will take a uniform rate, 1500JPY per order.

返品は原則としてお断りしています。お届けした商品が予想していたものと違うといった事態を避けるために、ご注文確定までに、ご要望に応じて、別角度からの写真など更に詳しい商品情報をお伝えし、ご不満が残らないように対応いたしますので、ご不明な点は商品発送までにご遠慮なくお尋ねください。発送前のキャンセルは可能です。なお、破損、不良品については、ご連絡の上、商品到着から７日以内に着払いでご返送ください。
All sales are final unless products are defective. If you find some damages on the products, please let us know and then send them back in next seven days. We will replace them to proper ones and give you back the shipping fee.
